    I get this error when enabling "WPML String Translation" and clicking "Apply now" and "View cart" on a course: https://alfaskolen.wphotell.no/en/course/a1-1-norwegian-course-for-beginners/

    I have turned on/off all plugins/themes, fresh installed WPML and only when I turn off "WPML String Translation"-plugin gives positive result, but then I loose the multilingual features.

    Hi there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    Can you provide us admin credentials so we can take a look at this issue? In the meantime, check with your hosting provider which PHP version and PHP resources do you have. Requirements for the theme to have successful installation and demo import are:

    1. PHP version should be between 5.6. and 7.2.

    2. PHP resources should be:

    max_execution_time = 300;
    memory_limit = 128M;
    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;
    max_input_vars = 3000;

    If the values are lower that the requirements, please ask them to increase it for you.

    Hi there,

    We are so sorry for the late response, we are handling a lot of tickets these days and the weekend days are behind us.

    I just went to the cart to see if the issue is present, but we couldn't replicate this on our side. 

    Also, plugin is on.

    I tried to add few courses also, but couldn't replicate the issue. 

    Did you manage to solve this? Let us know!

    I am sorry for my absence on this. I have been thinking about what to do.

    The problem seems to be "WooCommerce Multilingual" and the lack of support for this plugin in your theme Academist. So what I am thinking now is do we need "WooCommerce Multilingual" to make our site multilingual? We have WPML?

    We are supposed to have 5-7 languages for the site but only one currency in woocommerce.

    Would be great if I could get your thought on this :)

    Hi there,

    You can use WPML for translating the whole site and also every plugin, in this case WooCommerce in several languages.

    Also, you can leave your currency to be the same on every language.
