I am trying to install the demo site and I have seen for this that I need to have the Elated Options. I already installed the theme but nothing happened.

We are very sorry for the late answer, we were working with a limited resources for a past few days and we are not working during the weekends, thank you for your patience and your understanding!
Perhaps you haven't activated "Elated Core" plugin. Make sure to install the "Elated Core" plugin, since this plugin is of critical importance for proper theme functioning. This plugin includes core theme functionalities and custom post types that come with the theme (Portfolio, Testimonials, Elated Carousel), and without this plugin you will not be able to create any of these custom post types or the elements in the theme that require them.
You should try to import the Sahel demo following those instructions and please pay special attention to php resources :Complete Guide To Demo Import
After you finished demo import you can choose your homepage in Settings>Reading>Homepage Dropdown(just be sure to set your homepage to static page as well.)
In case you have any further assistance with this would you mind providing us with login credentials and site url, so we can take a closer look?

I could locate Elated Options and I saw that the demo is imported, and I located this page from the screenshot which lead me to a conclusion that I perhaps haven't understand your issue .

You can check both local and global php resources using this plugin:https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/
