You can customize title area (breadcrumb is part of the title area) in Sahel options > Title:
If you want to change the structure of the breadcrumbs, it would require some custom coding and we are not in the position to take any additional work, it's not in our support scope. Also, there is an alternative, you can try to change it with some plugin like Yoast.
