    Hello Raj,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    Could you please import the demo following those instructions, and please pay special attention to PHP resources.

    Step 1 - PHP resources

    Since WordPress themes get more robust and complex, it's necessary that you release some more power from server. You can do that by editing php.ini file that you can find on your server, or contact your hosting service to do this for you.  Make sure you meet these requrements and please don't skip this step, since it's probably the most important:

    max_execution_time = 300;
    memory_limit = 128M;
    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;
    max_input_vars = 3000;

    Step 2 - PHP version

    You should also make sure PHP version on your server is updated.  5.6 will do the job, but you may use 7 as well.

    Step 3 - Disable Plugins

    You should disable ALL plugins except:

    -Contact Form 7  -Elated Core (CPT) -WooCommerce (if you plan to use shop)

    Step 4 - Import

    We advise that you do this from Google Chrome, no matter the Operating System. Go to Elated Options > Import. On your keyboard press F12 and select "Console" view.

    If you wish to import all demo content (pages, posts, widgets, options) you should choose "All" for "Import type" field.

    And if you wish to import media library for our theme, check "Yes" for "Import Attachments" Then hit "Import" and follow console view.

    If you see any red error showing up, you should refresh the page and try again.

    Repeat the process until demo import is completed, following a successful "Import Completed" message, without errors in the console.

    Step 5 - Enable Plugins

    You should go to Dashboard > Plugins and enable all plugins.

    Step 6 (optional) - Remove extra menu items

    If you imported demo content multiple times, it's possible that you duplicated menu items several times. You should install this helpful plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-remove-menu-item/  Then go to Appearance > Menus and remove duplicated menu items.

    After you finished demo import you can choose your homepage in Settings>Reading>Homepage Dropdown(just be sure to set your homepage to static page as well)

    In case you have any further assistance with this would you mind providing us with login credentials and site url, so we can take a closer look?

    Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!

    Thank You,

    Kind Regards,

    Norah

    Hi,

        It is really a tedious process to install your Demo content. I haven't seen these kind of difficulty in any other theme which i purchased. Now it is showing 404 error. I am not happy with your product seems it is not matured. Many theme application says the theme is in older version.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for writing in!

    We are sorry to hear you are facing those difficulties, but don't worry, we will try to solve them in a most efficient way.

    Regarding Page not found issue, you should try to change you permalinks to post name:

    When it comes to importing demo content, before you hit import, disable all 3rd party plugins (to free up server resources), then go to import, open chrome developer tools, hit Import, and watch console for errors. When some error occur refresh import page and repeat the process. Importing demo content must reach 100% without displaying error in the console. So repeat it until console is clear (sometimes you have to repeat process for 3-4 times or maybe more).

    Please understand that this is common issue when importing demo with all theme authors since demos become more robust so they can satisfy needs of all customers, so issue is usually triggered by lower server resources. Usually it is due to low WordPress memory limit https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP and also due to low PHP directives, so it would be good if you can increase these values or ask your hosting service to do that for you:

    max_execution_time = 300;
    memory_limit = 128M;
    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;

    Helpful reading - http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/

    Could you please check both local and global php resources using this plugin:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/

    In case you have any further assistance with this would you mind providing us with login credentials, so we can take a closer look?

    Please let us know if there is something else we can do for you!

    Thank You,
    Norah

    Hello Raj,

    Thanks for writing in!

    I have  checked your php resources and some of them still needs improvement.

    It would be good if you can ask your hosting service to increase those values for you:

    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;

    Hi,

         Few things are missing out in the demo. Please refer the attached screenshots.

    1.)  Error message on the home screen image -  [rev_slider_vc alias=”filter-home”]

    2.) When i scroll my home page there are no content under " what do yo want to do tonight" but i Evantomarket demo it shows Fastfood, theatres etc..,

    3.)  When i select Home->'Map home'  it does not show the ad listing in the map like 3,6,5 in the Evantomarket demo.

    4.) Theme is not SEO friendly it takes long time to open the website.

    Raj

    Hello there,

    Thanks for writing in!

    We are very sorry for the late answer, we were working with a limited resources for a past few days and we are not working during the weekend, thank you for your patience and your understanding!

    1)Please note that Revolution Slider files do not import automatically, and you will need to import these slides manually.

    First thing you need to make sure you've downloaded correct file from ThemeForest, from themeforest.net find the theme and in download button dropdown, select "All files & documentation".

    Then you will need to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Import and then browse the folder you've downloaded from ThemeForest and find the Theme Main Files > xml_export > revslider

    Also, make sure to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Global Settings and set these Grid Sizes that we use in our demos:

    Please let us know if you need anything else!

    2)This section missing are  Elated Listing Categories, so I have enabled categories for you in Listing Setting so now it should work well:

    3)You should check if you have set your Google API correctly, because This error is caused by some recent changes in google map API. Here is what you can try.

    1. You need to create your own API key as described here: https://www.latecnosfera.com/2016/06/google-maps-api-error-missing-keymap-error-solved.html
    2. Then you need to go to Elated Options -> General and add it to the Api Key field
    And then you need to add the page(s) to the list of allowed referrers.
    You can check this link also how to do this http://stackoverflow.com/questions/35288250/google-maps-javascript-api-referernotallowedmaperror
    Also see API keys in the Google API Console - https://console.developers.google.com/project/_/apiui/credential . For more information, see Best practices for securely using API keys - https://support.google.com/cloud/answer/6310037 .
    Also try going to Developer Console -> APIs & auth -> APIs
    Search for Geocoding and click on Google Maps Geocoding API -> Enable API. Do the same thing for Geolocating.

    4)You can switch your permalinks to post name in Settings>Permalinks:

    5)Our demos might appear slow, but this is only because we are showcasing lots of images with the highest quality. As such these images are not optimized and are making the load times higher.

    Also, our demo pages try to showcase all options at once, so you can see all the possibilities the theme could offer. You should definitely delete all the imported demo content(pages and images) you do not plan to use.

    Also, here are some general tips for speeding up your website:

    a. Consider optimizing your images with some tool like this one:
    www.jpegmini.com

    b.  Also you can install some plugin for cache, like WP Fastest Cache or some other:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-fastest-cache/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
    c. Enable gzip compression on your server. You can read more about it here:
    http://www.feedthebot.com/pagespeed/enable-compression.html

    But it comes down to pasting this code to .htaccess file located in your folder:

    <ifModule mod_gzip.c>mod_gzip_on Yes
    mod_gzip_dechunk Yes
    mod_gzip_item_include file .(html?|txt|css|js|php|pl)$
    mod_gzip_item_include handler ^cgi-script$
    mod_gzip_item_include mime ^text/.*
    mod_gzip_item_include mime ^application/x-javascript.*
    mod_gzip_item_exclude mime ^image/.*
    mod_gzip_item_exclude rspheader ^Content-Encoding:.*gzip.*
    </ifModule>

    d. Also check - Leverage browser caching:
    http://www.feedthebot.com/pagespeed/leverage-browser-caching.html

    e. Use at least PHP 5.6.x or greater in order to process PHP code faster.

    Please let us know if there is something else we can do for you!

    Thank You,
    Norah
