I believe the "activation" they are referring to is to register the plugin as if you paid for it directly. Since Slider Revolution was built into the template, you technically do not need to activate it to use it. If you decide to pay for it, you will have access to premium slider templates that you likely won't need for this particular website.
You may import home-6 slider using the TXT files provided in the theme download. I am using a different template than you, but it will be in a zip file. You may be able to locate the zip file in a directory named "xml export\revslider" e.g. C:\User\Downloads\Template_files\xml export\revslide\. The text file may be named something like slider_export.txt.
Use the instructions midway down this page to learn how to import slider_export.txt. Once imported, be sure that the alias of the slider you imported is named "home-6" or change the name of the slider you want to use within the page you wish to edit.
About Upload Max Size and Post Max Size, you will have to change in your php.ini file or you can ask your hosting provider to increase those for you. Increase those values to:
upload_max_filesize = 128M;
post_max_size = 256M;
Revolution Slider files do not import automatically, and you will need to import these slides manually.
First thing you need to make sure you've downloaded correct file from ThemeForest, from themeforest.net find the theme and in download button dropdown, select "All files & documentation".
Then you will need to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Import and then browse the folder you've downloaded from ThemeForest and find the Theme Main Files > xml_export > revslider

Hi,
unfortunately I cannot activate the relevant plugin for Revolution Slider.
I've tried several times also to change the Upload Max Size and Post Max Size but with no results. Is this the problem blocking the activation?
