    Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no predefined option to add some new fields within this form.

Achieving this will require some custom coding, but we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.

In case you are not familiar with programming, you could hire someone to do this for you. You could look for someone who you can hire for this kind of job at the following link: - http://studio.envato.com

    Thanks for understanding.

If you want to hide some specific field, maybe we can try to assist you with that. Just provide me with some login credentials (in Private Reply) so I can login in and then inspect it and try to hide it using some custom css.

For any other issue you are facing please feel free to ask us and we will assist you as soon as possible. I will give my best to help you building your site.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Jerry

I think they do not understand my question, what I want is to remove fields from the form, I do not want to add new ones, that's why I'm going to the support.

The fields that I want to remove are those that I marked in the image annexed previously.

  • bellcrowler replied

please I would like you to give me support in this problem, as I mention what I want to remove the fields that I mentioned previously.

5 days ago I wait for an answer and I put the "error 500", which is just causing me a plugin called elated listing, on the other hand if you update 1 or 2 times the web enters so they can see.

  • bellcrowler replied

I already solved the problem that one of its plugins caused me, please I would like you to review my previous order to remove the fields of "Price, Discount, sound cloud, Vimeo and Pinterest".

  • bellcrowler replied

please, would you respond before the weekend?

    Hi there,

Sorry for the late response, it's caused because of the numbers of tickets we are getting these days.

Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme.

If you want to achieve this, it would require some custom coding, but we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers.

You can read more about it items not included in support here:

    Thanks for understanding.

    Best regards,

I do not understand, they told me previously that if I want to hide fields it was possible and now they tell me that they can not? and if they will not give me support, then tell me what is the name of the file that handles that form and I modify it, no problem.

    Hi there,

I apologize about the belated reply - we have been getting a lot of tickets lately, and our reply times have not been as fast as we would have liked.

We can tell you where you can modify those, but like I said, modification is not in our support scope.

Here is the path where this is:

    \wp-content\themes\findme\job_manager

There you can find WP Job manager templates.

    Best regards,

    Marie
