    Hi,

    I would like to know if we can add another header menu above this in the picture?

    Hi there,

    I apologize about the belated reply - we have been getting a lot of tickets lately, and our reply times have not been as fast as we would have liked.

    You can turn on Top bar in Elated options > Header:

    And then in Appearance > Widgets, you can add Navigation menu widget and add the menu you've created in Appearance > Menus:

    Note that, your menu can be only 1st level menu.
