    Hi, 

    I have tried sending a private ticket but I have received a reply and its been over 24hours. I'm not sure if you got my message.

     I have been struggling to important the demo content since i have purchased this theme. I have called my hosting service and had them change the values to the following:

    max_execution_time = 300;

    memory_limit = 128M;

    upload_max_filesize = 64M;

    post_max_size = 256M;

    I got the information above from your website https://elated.ticksy.com/article/10845/

    However its still not working. It only imports to 90% and i have tried waiting up to 3hours but it still doesn't work. 

    Can you please help me as I want to start using the theme for my website ASAP

    Hi there,

    We are so sorry for the late response, we are handling a lot of tickets these days.

    I just checked your PHP resources and it seems like the local ones are only increased. Please, ask your hosting provider to increase those master values also:

    After you do that, please try again to import demo and if you still have issues, let us know and we will try to do that for you.

    I tried to import demo, but it comes to 90% and when it comes to 90% it does not import menus properly. So to import demo completely, you will have to increase those.

    I spoke to my hosting provider (Godaddy) and they said that they can't change the master values. So at this point i have no idea on what to do. Cause I can't even use the theme I purchased.

    Hi there,

    Please understand that this is common issue with all theme authors since demos become more robust so they can satisfy needs of all customers, so issue is usually triggered by lower server resources. Usually it is due to low WordPress memory limit https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP and also due to low PHP directives.

    Maybe you can ask your hosting provider to switch your hosting packet so you can change the master php values also?

    Hello,

    I'm sorry to hear this. logged in to take a closer look and noticed that there are many 3rd party plugins installed, which are likely clogging up your server sources and making the demo import more difficult. I'll be happy to try to import the demo again for you, but before I do so, I would like to clear your database and start with a fresh new installation. I also highly recommend deleting all plugins you currently have. 

    If you would like me to import the demo, please confirm if it would be alright for me to clear your database (not that this will wipe out ALL content on your site), and please delete all the installed plugins.

    As for refunds, please note that our support system doesn't handle them. For this, you can contact Envato directly.

    those plugins were activated after the developer told me he can’t do it. But you can give it ago.
