The footer does not appear on any pages when viewed on mobile devices (I've tried iPhone 5s, iPad, and Android). Instead, there is a blank white space approximately the same height as the footer. If I view the mobile sizes on my desktop, the footer shows up fine.
or you can try to add this css underneath in Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS field:

visibility:visible;
}
}
