I recently bought a website with WP Bakery Page Builder 5.5 - here you can't deselect disable the gutenberg editor. Are you planning to update the themes so we will also be able to have the 5.6? (I bought the bolge theme but can't do any decent changes anymore due to this error)
You can disable Gutenberg page builder and then enable Classic Editor or just install the latest version of WP Bakery Page Builder (just submit a new ticket and we will provide you with WP Bakery PB 5.6 version in Private Reply)

Yes, this is because of the new update of the Wordpress (5.0.). Since WP 5.0. default editor is Gutenberg, but your can change that, just follow the instructions from this link and you will be able to return classic editor: https://wpklik.com/wordpress-tutorials/how-to-keep-wordpress-classic-editor/

Ok, fixed it. For everyone who doesn't have the newest version of WP Bakery --> download this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-gutenberg/ and it will work again
