1. Go to your ThemeForest dashboard and download the latest All files & documentation zip archive from the Downloads page
2. Extract the downloaded archive and locate the downloaded theme .zip file
3. Extract the .zip file using "extract here" and locate the newly created folder
4. Connect to your live server using FTP software
5. Find and replace the contents of the existing folder under /wp-content/themes on your live server with the contents of the downloaded and extracted folder

I just received an email of a new update to the theme, how do i get on with uploading the update?
