Every time my customer tries to purchase a course by clicking Apply Now button either the pages just gets refreshed or shows blank page. Sometimes after clicking the Apply Now button for twice or thrice then only it shows view cart button. Please do look into this problem as soon as possible.
Sorry for the late response, it's caused because of the numbers of tickets we are getting these days.
I can see what is the issue. First we can suggest you to try to deactivate all of your 3rd party plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please provide a admin login and I’ll take a look.
