    Hey there. 

    1. I know you guys are super backed up, which I suspect is the reason it's taking upwards of a week to respond to tickets. Is there a forum or community where we can go to for answers to questions that other users might know the answer to? I feel like I would get an answer to basic questions like "Where are the page title settings" quicker, and it would free you guys up to take tickets that are higher rated issues. 


    2. How do I delete a ticket if I figured out an answer or if it is a duplicate?

    Yes, we are handling a lot of tickets these days, also because of the past holidays and weekend days. Thanks for your patience and understanding!smile.png

    2. We can only delete ticket on our side, or we can close it. Most usually, when we see duplicated tickets we just delete them.
