As we have mentioned in previous reply, it is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.
Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, it is possible that something was uploaded wrong or something is corrupt with your WP install. Download a fresh copy of the theme and install it. Then re-install all required plugins.
Before that you can try to disable Smooth page transitions in order to check if there is some plugin conflict with our ajax animations >>
If the problem still persist, please submit a new ticket (include wp-admin credentials) and some of your support agents will try to assist you with that as soon as possible.
For any other issue you are facing please feel free to ask us and we will assist you as soon as possible. I will give my best to help you building your site.

This theme is driving me crazy.
No matter what I do or what I change, my blog won't load. Just the other day it did load.
Now it only shows a white page or the loading button (that never stops loading).
