If you want to translate any label in the theme, you would have to use a 3rd party plugin, such as WPML or Loco Translate or Polylang.
Also, note that when translating labels from plugins, you will generate files like domain-RU.mo and domain-RU.po. And you need to rename these to follow this example: core-plugin-ru_RU.mo and core-plugin-ru_RU.po.
