could you please respond on my tickets. I cannot change something in the pages and articles and also there are no templates available for e.g. creative flow see my website http://flow.elated-themes.com/flow2/creative-flow/ . I uploaded already the demo content but the creative flow template is not present. Could you please help and also that I can update my pages and my articles only the suggested plugins are active (3) nothing else. Otherwise I will deinstall the theme and find another one if I get not a proper service. I bought already twice the service. regards Franz

Could you please provide us with your wp-admin details in a private answer so we can log in and investigate this further?
And would it be acceptable to you if we erased your database to start the demo import process once more?
Just to make sure we have everything under control and that we start fresh if you did not make any changes to the website before the errors occurred.
