    How do I change or remove the icon when hovering over a submenu in my top nav menu? 

    Icon is circled in red in provided screenshot.

    Hi there,

    I apologize about the belated reply - we have been getting a lot of tickets lately, and our reply times have not been as fast as we would have liked.

    You can remove it with this CSS code:

    .eltdf-drop-down .second .inner ul li a .item_outer .item_hover_icon {
    display: none!important;
}

    Just paste it in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    This worked great, thanks! Now that there is no longer an icon to the left of the subnav item, what can I do to prevent it from sliding to the right on hover?

    You can try to add this css underneath in Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS field:

        padding: 0 !important;
    }
