That would depend on where exactly would you like to place the background image.
The most common way would be that you navigate to the page you would like edited by going to Pages > All Pages > edit the page of your choosing > and within the WP Bakery Page Builder add an image to one of the row elements(see image bellow):
If, however this does not fit into what you are trying to achieve please let us know where exactly would you like to place the image and please include screenshots and links to the respective pages.

.eltd-social-sidebar-holder a:nth-child(3) { display:none; }Paste it in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
