The second menu item on the main menu will not show a link or any submenu items.
If I move the item menu to a different position on the menu it works fine but which ever menu item is the second in line will not have a link or respond.

I couldn't replicate this issue on my side, your second menu item is displaying submenu items properly. Did you manage to solve this in the meantime?
