    Hello,

    I have a problem with the template. I have installed the template, plugins ... it gives an error in the load and the template is not displayed.
    Please I need help!

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    We are sorry for the late reply, we have been getting a lot of messages daily and are trying our best to keep up with every request. We hope you can understand.

    This seems to be an issue with the WordPress installation itself. The server is blocking some WordPress pages(see image bellow).

    Once you are done with this please feel free to contact us and we will make sure that the installation for our theme is also done appropriately.
