Hello. I have some Elated Accordions build into one of my pages. I have changed the default to "close all" accordions to start.

Can you tell me if there's a setting where I can make all accordions close when they're clicked for a second time? Right now it insists on keeping one open.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

We have created a test page here: https://www.solonutrition.com/test/ where you can see an accordion with all of it's tabs closed at one time(see image bellow). You can simply go into the backend editor of this page and copy the shortcodes into another page of your choosing(see second image bellow). Once you have done that feel free to change them as you see fit.

Hope this helps and if there is anything else that we can assist you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,

    Sean

Hello, thank you for that information - However, we already have a rather large accordion created and would like to know what settings you used to modify that accordion, since it would be quite a haul to move the content to your test slider.

Is there a setting somewhere within the accordion that I'm missing?

Here's the accordion we built: https://www.solonutrition.com/swap-it/

    Thanks!

    Hello again,

I assume that you used the settings from the test accordion to change your own to the functionality you wanted since all of the tabs were closed upon loading(see image bellow)?

Hello, I should rephrase. I know how to start them all closed on load.

What I'm looking for is once I've opened one, I would like to be able to close them all again (click on the accordion item once to open, twice to close).

The issue is: Once one is opened, I cannot close them all again, one insists on remaining open at all time.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please note that by default this feature works in this way like on our demo >> http://superfood.elated-themes.com/accordions/ As you can see there, only one tab can be opened in the same time.

Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme, we are sorry. Achieving this will require some custom coding, but we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.

In case you are not familiar with programming, you could hire someone to do this for you. You could look for someone who you can hire for this kind of job at the following link: - http://studio.envato.com

Thanks for understanding and sorry for any inconvenience.

For any other issue you are facing please feel free to ask us and we will assist you as soon as possible. I will give my best to help you building your site.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Vladimir
