I am not able to use WPBakery Page Builder to edit the pages, in the demo content, there is some shortcodes written in some kind of blocks, what is the appropriate way to edit these pages ?
Make sure you install the classic editor plugin (what you are seeing is the gutenberg editor which replaced it). Once you have that installed it will work right away.
