Could you please check if before the import you activated the TheAisle Core plugin? And if it still is activated? In order for these options to show and for the import to be successful this plugin must be active.
If this does not fix the issue could you please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private reply) so we can log in and investigate this further?

I have uploaded the TheAisle template successfully however, the options for TheAisle does not appear on my naviagtion panel.
