First and foremost, great theme guys. It looks fantastic. I've recently just bought it and have uploaded all the demo content which is working fine. However, as I want to edit the content for the imported pages, it isn't giving me the option to do so using WPBakery. The element ares displaying in the raw code which isn't the easiest to edit.
The WPBakery plugin is appearing but when I add new elements to it and click publish, it doesn't add to the page.
Could you please advise how I edit the imported demo elements using WPBakery (attached screenshots for your reference).
I recently got the theme as well and I had the same issue during the last days. It has been quite frustrating not to be able to edit the demo content nor to receive any response from the customer service so far, but luckily I found a solution. Look for the "Classic Editor" plug in, install it and activate it. That should fix the problem with the WPBakery plug in while editing your pages.
And if you decide to update WPBakery then when you do it go to WPBakery page builder and check option Disable Gutenberg Editor.
Wit this option you will have WPBakery always on when you want to edit or create page. And Gutenberg will not show. Let us know is there anything else.
If the issue persists please provide temporary wp admin credentials so we can take a closer look.

You need to install classic editor or update WPBakery to 5.6 version. Because word press 5.0 is using Gutenberg editor by default. https://wpklik.com/wordpress-tutorials/how-to-keep-wordpress-classic-editor/
To update WPBakery you need to download it from this Dropbox link https://www.dropbox.com/s/kgvqsdna2cflsda/js_composer.zip?dl=0 extract it and insert in \wp-content\plugins.
