Can you tell me why this error is here and how I can fix the following:
1. Error regarding plugins working correctly with Elated theme.
2. We are unable to see the option at checkout to "create an account" if one does not exist, even though the option is enabled in settings, and we are viewing from a private/incognito mode where we are not signed in. (Screenshots attached).
1. It seems like something within your child-theme is causing this problem on your end.
Have you added some custom code within your child theme? Try to activate Parent theme in order to see if the problem still persists.
2. You can enable account creation in 2 places:
My account page
Checkout
To do this just go to your WP menu: WooCommerce → Settings → Accounts.
There you will see options to enable customer registration:
By checking these checkboxes you allow your customers to create accounts.
For any other issue you are facing please feel free to ask us and we will assist you as soon as possible. I will give my best to help you building your site.
Thanks & Regards, Vladimir
