    I can't update WPBakery Page Builder. I need a licence from you.

    Hi,

    I tried to install it, but I got information, that the plugin is already installed in some localisation. 

    Does it mean that I should uninstal already existing WPBakery and install this file jp_composer.zip?

    Hi there,

    You can delete js_composer plugin folder completely using ftp connection with your server and then try to install the plugin.

    If you continue to struggle please provide wp-admin and ftp credentials so we can help you with the installation of WPBakery plugin.
