    Hello,
    We encounter many problems with your theme.
    After many checks, we think there is a flaw in the theme.
    We have installed the optimal wordpress version for this theme. As we usually do, we have installed all the security necessary for the proper functioning of the site:
    Passwords, htaccess, salt-keys ...
    Since we started working in the back office, we have encountered several problems: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.
    We are hosted at OVH. We called our host who confirmed that everything is OK on their side.
    We have fixed the read / write rights on some files. We also called on a specialist who checked all our files on the server. He did not find anything unusual ... he told us that there might be some problems with accepting cookies (?)
    We renamed the wordpress files, refreshes our browser, clears the browser cache but nothing changes.
    Sometimes we managed to reconnect and find our work again ... but now we can not connect to the back office.
    We even tried to restore a database backup, but nothing works.
    Can you tell us if you have heard of such a problem and if a solution can be proposed to us?
    Thank you for your return as soon as possible.

    We have to put on line the new site of our agency and we are currently blocked.

    Hello,

    There are five major reasons why these errors occur in WordPress:

    • Incorrect web server configuration
    • Incorrect folder/file permissions
    • Corrupt files or files that contain errors in code
    • PHP memory limits set too low
    • Conflicting third party plugins

    It is possible that the reason why you're having this issue are low server resource settings.

    Could you please try to increase these MASTER values or ask your hosting service to do it for you.

    max_execution_time = 300
    memory_limit = 128M
    upload_max_filesize = 128M
    post_max_size = 256M
    max_input_vars = 3000

    After you do this, and the problem still persists it is possible that something was uploaded wrong or something is corrupt with your WP install.

    Download a fresh copy of the theme and install it, if that does now work contact your host about the ERROR 500 HTTP as that is server related for certain, that will be able to help.

    Please note that after installing / activating this theme, you need to Install/activate all required plugins like WP Bakery Page Builder, Elated Core/CPT and Slider Revolution (+Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce if you plan to use shop).

    Then you can import the demo with our OneClick (Elated Options >> Import) or with native WP importer tool (Tools >> Import >> WordPress) via XML, located in the file you downloaded from ThemeForest website / XML.

    Then you can go to Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage setting >> and then choose desired homepage.

    Also, note that when importing a demo onto your site RevSlider slideshow has to be imported separately. To import a RevSlider slideshow from one of our demos please go to your WordPress admin panel Slider Revolution -> Import. Search for some-home-slider-X.zip located in the file you downloaded from Theme Forest / xml export folder and import that demo’s slideshow.

    Also you can follow these guidelines on how to import the demo here >>

    Complete Guide To Demo Import

    For any other issue you are facing please feel free to ask us and we will assist you as soon as possible. I will give my best to help you building your site.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Vladimir
