The problem here on the one hand is that what I put on the right side of the "PAÍSES" section can not be aligned but unbalanced. I put 3 items there, I want them to look like an ordered list.
On the other hand, when I do "enter", the tag <br> appears visibly. You can see that on the left side.

This could be dude to a faulty setting of the shortecodes that make up this section of the theme. You could try copying the following code into the backend editor of the WP Bakery PAge Builder on the desired page, just make sure you are copying it into the classic style editor under text(see image bellow)

Also it might be best for you to copy it onto the end of the generated text you see in the image and then switch back to the backend editor and place it bellow the row you already have then delete that one leaving the new one in it's place.

About break tag, this is set not be html readable unfortunately, because it can not be translated if it is. That is why this is like that.
