    hello!


    I set up the theme and the demo and the pages are very broken. There are errors with rev slider and wpbakery, and when I try to update they give a 500 error and break the site. I have had to remove all plugins and theme manually and re upload.

    We are very sorry about the delay and we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing those issues, but please bear in mind that we are here for you for any issue you may face!

    1)Regarding "broken pages" you should make sure that you are meeting those php requirements both locally and on the server  and that you are using php version higher than 5.7:

    max_execution_time = 300;
    memory_limit = 128M;
    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;
    max_input_vars = 3000;

    You can check both local and global php resources using this plugin:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/

    In case some of the values are not set please write to your hosting company and try the demo import again.

    2)Please note that Revolution Slider files do not import automatically, and you will need to import these slides manually.

    First thing you need to make sure you've downloaded correct file from ThemeForest, from themeforest.net find the theme and in download button dropdown, select "All files & documentation".

    Then you will need to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Import and then browse the folder you've downloaded from ThemeForest and find the Theme Main Files > xml_export > revslider

    Also, make sure to navigate to Dashboard > Revolution Slider > Global Settings and set these Grid Sizes that we use in our demos:

    In case this does not help you would you kindly provide us with temporary login credentials so we can take a closer look?

    Also, could you please, in order to make sure we understand what the issue is,  provide these: 

    (a)URL and (b)screenshot with the element highlighted and (c)detailed description of what the issue is.

    And we will try to provide a solution for you as soon as possible.
