    Dear Support Team,

    I'm using the Superfood theme with WooCommerce and their official plugin "Local Pick Up Plus". The plugin offer a date picker for pickup time in the checkout page. However, the date picker is not showing on the checkout page with the Superfood theme. I first contacted WooCommerce's support team, they asked me to activate "twenty seventeen" theme, the default one, to check if the problem still happens. I tried it and it worked. So, the support from WooCommerce suggested me to contact the theme author, that's why I submit the ticket here. Could you please help me? Thank you very much!

    Here is the message from WooCommerce's support:

    My suggestion would be to reach out to the theme developer and see if they can offer any guidance as to why the date picker is disappearing when their theme is enabled. If it helps at all, the data should be within a div on the page:

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, we have not tested this 3rd party plugin yet, so I can not provide a solid response about this issue. Out theme is compatible with a lot of 3rd party plugins but we simply can't check all of them.

    It is possible that some other plugin is causing some conflict with that plugin or it can be related with with our Smooth page transitions.

    Try to deactivate all other 3rd party plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please try to disable Smooth page transitions in Theme Options → General → Settings →

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    However, either disable plugins or smooth page transition doesn't work.

    Only when I switch to the default theme that the date picker will show up correctly.

    As I have mentioned earlier, here's the suggestion from the plugin author:

    Hello again,

    I apologize for the late reply, we have been getting a lot of messages daily and are trying our best to keep up with every request. I hope you can understand.

    Support covers installation of the theme, issues arising from using any of the theme features and of course bug fixes and feature updates, but we don’t help with installation of WordPress itself, non-standard theme modification and 3rd party plugins that were not part of the theme package.

    This unfortunately prohibits us from conducting any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing above mentioned Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.

    Dear Support team,

    I understand your policy of not helping customization work. But, in my case, I'm not asking for customization. The default theme "2017" works fine with the plugin. I think it's a bug or conflict between your theme and the plugin that can be solved. Plus, it's a plugin that is popularly sold on WooCommerce's website so I believe there are other users facing the same issue. Would it be possible that you try to work on the compatibility? I also contacted the plugin author and they said they are willing to work with you trying to solve the compatibility issue. Thank you very much!
