The chat functionality seems to be achieved using a third party plugin. When it comes to these plugins, you have to understand that we didn't and couldn't test all plugins out there with our themes. We are doing our best to test as many plugins as possible and probably did not come around to testing the one you have yet. Thus, of course, some compatibility issues might occur. However this falls out of the scope of our support. If you're having issues with any plugin you downloaded yourself, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.
As for the email registration this functionality is not yet part of the theme. That might change with one of the upcoming updates. If it is an important part for your website you could add the feature yourself with some custom coding.
In case you are not familiar with programming, you could hire someone to do this for you. You could look for someone who you can hire for this kind of job at the following link: - http://studio.envato.com

Evertying is setup, but now the problem is that when someone buys a specific course, he doesn't receive instructions or email or antyhing about the course, how to setup that?

Another problem,
I don't receive notifications when someone writes in the chat and when someone registers,
Tried with many different emails and it's not working.
As user registering I receive a welcome email instantly.
Where and how can I manage this?
