How can I merge the audit tool (below) into the above referenced page?

You can probably try to do this with some 3rd party plugin, like this one: https://mysiteauditor.com/wordpress-plugin. But note that, when it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn't and couldn't test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while. Thank you for understanding. If you're maybe having issues with that plugin that you've implemented, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.
