Keeping this ticket public in hope of getting a response.. Been 4 days and not recd one on the private ticket. We have custom php template pages for a conference management website running wordpress. We recently changed the theme on our demo site to moose theme and our datetimepicker fields are not showing the timepicker slider any more. They are working on another subsite with an earlier theme so this is a theme related issue. Please let us know a workaround asap.
Anyhow, I've just checked this on your website and as you can see in the following screenshot it seems like everything works fine →
But if the problem still persists, it is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.
Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.
Please note that we have not tested every available plugin and cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins available.
For any other issue you are facing please feel free to ask us and we will assist you as soon as possible. I will give my best to help you building your site.
