Regarding the issue with Author name, you can try to add this custom css below in Apperance → Customize → Additional CSS field →

Ok, i solved it by this code. removed padding for eltdf-testimonials-holder .eltdf-testimonials class, add to eltdf-testimonial-content.
Ex.
.eltdf-testimonials-holder .eltdf-testimonials {
