All options in the dashboard menu item "elated options" do not work. Very annoying as I cannot change the font, colors, general options. I already tried to increase these values.

Could you please be more specific as to what you'd like us to help you change? If possible please include screenshots and links to the pages in question so that we could provide you with a more precise answer.
Also it would be helpful if you could provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and investigate this further?

It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.
Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please try to download a fresh copy of the theme and install it.
Please note that you can set the most dominant theme color in Theme Options >> General >> First main color, but some elements use predefined style and that can be changed only with some custom css or if that element has some color options within Shortcode Settings.
So, if you want to change some element/text color, please let us know (and provide us with url of that page + screenshot) and I will try to assist you as soon as possible.
For any other issue you are facing please feel free to ask us and we will assist you as soon as possible. I will give my best to help you building your site.
