I tried to import the demo version of this theme. Unfortunately a lot of the images are broken. There are a lot of broken images if I take a look at the website or media section. Next point is that the upload freezes at 90%. I had my laptop running for almost a day and the upload didn't finish. How can I solve this?
I have solved the problem by myself. There were some issues with the database from my provider. I made a reset, deleted all the WordPress files and re-installed the theme.

Thank you for the response. Since the ticket is still open I will ask about something else. The sidebar doesn't work properly. I wanted to link up my customers Tripadvisor with the social sidebar. The facebook or reservation button works fine but when I click on the tripadvisor button in the sidebar, it just opens a new main page window although I have copied the Tripadvisor URL in Nigiri Options.

Could you please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and investigate this further?
Also, could you please include screenshots and links to the pages in question so that we could provide you with a more precise answer.
