I bought the theme BRYMM, I downloaded all the plugging recommended et required to make the modification on the theme for my personal website.
The WPbakery plugging does not work, and can not publish anything.
I thought the problem came from the licence . So I bought the a-bakery licence . But after activate the plugging, that stil does not work. I contacted WPBAKERY support and here is their answer:
Hi,
The issue is because you are using an older version of WPBakery Page Builder (the rebranded Visual Composer Page Builder) which is 5.5.5 and should update it to the latest version which is 5.7. You need to deactivate and delete the older version of the plugin and then install the standalone version which is purchased by you. However, we would also suggest you to re-confirm the same with the theme author before proceeding, because if he has done any changes to the core plugin files, then they will be lost during this process, which in-turn can affect the content/layout at your end.
Once the plugin is updated, you can deactivate the Gutenberg editor under WPBakery Page Builder -> General Settings -> Disable Gutenberg Editor, to continue using the backend editor.
Can you confirm, if I use and activate the last version, all the core plugin files will be ok and operate without affect.
