I have activate your Bed and Breakfast demo layout. However the menu bar is doing a fun thing where is crosses the wording out on hover instead of underlining it as per your demo.
How do I change this animation?
Also in your demo you have a single footer column, how did you achieve this?

1. I've just tried to check this out on your website but I was unable to access it, since maintenance mode is enabled.
Please provide me with your wp-admin credentials (in Private reply) so I can take a closer look and try to assist you with that as soon as possible.
In order to make sure we understand what the issue is, please provide these: (a)URL and (b)screenshot with the element highlighted and (c)detailed description of what the issue is.
And we will try to provide a solution for you as soon as possible.
2. You can go to Theme Options >> Footer → and then set desired number of columns within footer top area.
For any other issue you are facing please feel free to ask us and we will assist you as soon as possible. I will give my best to help you building your site.

I'm so sorry for the late response, it's because of this major updates we are doing this past few weeks.
We sent theme to the Themeforest with this minor fix. Please update your theme once again. Note that, first you will have to deactivate all our plugins, update theme and then activate them once again.
