    I try to update by plugin directly and manuallly

    Hello there,

    Sorry for the late response.

    All you need to do is update the Core plugin.

    Since you have fatal error now, you need to connect to your website through FTP and go to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete eltd-core folder.

    Then navigate to WP-admin dashboard and go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install newer version of the plugin.


    If you are not able to do so, please provide us with FTP and wp-admin credentials and we will update it for you.
