Sorry for the late response, we are having a lot of tickets due the major updates we are doing these days. Thank you very much for understanding!

Can you tell me on which page exactly the color is not changed? I couldn't find it. I can see that you've change it on course single page. 

Unfortunately, there is no option to set it automatically on every course single. Achieving that would require some custom coding, but we are not in the position to take any additional work. 

You can change it in WooCommerce > Setting where you can find on which side do you want to set your currency position, separator, etc.

Also, make sure that you have the latest version of the theme, because the currency position is fixed in last update. One note also, when you update theme, first you have to deactivate all our plugins (Academist core, LMS, etc), then update theme, plugins and after you do that activate all our plugins.
