After I have installed your template, I don't get the same menu view for Courses menu. Menu elements I managed myself. Please can you look about it? I hope that I get an answer today, waiting already for 3 days for a support. Access and URL as well as Envato account I packed into your private request!
Maybe someone has an idea, if I have set far menu, what I can still select here about widgets, so that I get this menu view?

If you mean that in some course pages you do not have the black top bar within the header then you will have to navigate to those pages click the link to edit the page(see image below)
scroll down to Elated Header > Top Area > Header Top Bar and set it to YES(see image below)
If this is not what you meant, please make sure to be more specific with what you'd like us to help you with. If possible please include screenshots and links to the pages in question so that we could provide you with a more precise answer.
