Check with your hosting provider to increase PHP resources for you (both local and master values) Requirements for the theme to have successful installation and demo import are:

1. PHP version should be 5.6. and higher
2. PHP resources should be:

max_execution_time = 300;
memory_limit = 128M;
upload_max_filesize = 128M;
post_max_size = 256M;
max_input_vars = 3000;

I can see that you have lower master values:

After you do that, demo import should work. But if you're still have some issues with this, let us know so we can investigate this further more and help you with this.
