This looks like an issue with permalinks, which is not theme-related problem. Please go to Settings > Permalinks and set them to plain. Then try again.

I changed permalinks to plain and then the entire my account section goes to a 404.
The reason its taking you to a 404 page when you login to the dashboard is cause of a redirect plugin I used because I cant find the place to change the where the user goes when they login.
(If you could tell me which file to edit that would be great!)
I have disabled the plugin for now and you can login to the dashboard. The problem still is that the My Orders tab in the profile goes to a 404 page.
Also we are trying to go live within the next week so a quick response will be very appreciated.
Please note that only Featured Images can be shown within Blog List element that you are using here →
So, unfortunately, there is no predefined option that some Video be shown here instead of Blog featured image.
Achieving this will require some custom coding, but we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.
In case you are not familiar with programming, you could hire someone to do this for you. You could look for someone who you can hire for this kind of job at the following link: - http://studio.envato.com

The file concerning the presenting of the featured image within the list shortcode are located at wp-content\themes\satine\framework\modules\blog\templates\parts\image.php however you will need to edit more of them in order to make sure you can choose videos and have lightbox presentations of them within the shortcode mentioned.

Actually Never mind I resolved that.
One final Issue..
When you put a blog post with a video on the home page the video does not show (video does not get embedded on the home page)
Can you tell me how to fix this ?
