Hello, after changing a logo and clearing website cache some blocks of my site mobile version are not displaying, showing white space, they didn't disapear, but they are covered by white space and then I click on that space, i see what blocks exist, but not showing. Also when I trying to open hamburger menu, it's not displaying.

In developer tools everything displays and works fine. The problem exists only if I open website on mobile.

Have you any ideas why it is so?

    Hello,

I apologize about the belated reply - we have been getting a lot of tickets lately and our reply times have not been as fast as we would have liked.

I've just checked this out on your website and it seems like this issue is present on desktop version of your site, as well.

It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.

Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, it is possible that something was uploaded wrong or something is corrupt with your WP install.

Download a fresh copy of the theme and install it. Then re-install all required plugins.

First you need to use an FTP client (like FileZila).

You can upgrade your theme by performing the following steps:

    1. Download latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page)

    2. Extract it and locate theme-name.zip

    3. Extract theme-name.zip and locate the theme-name folder

    4. Copy/Replace the content of theme folder to /wp-content/themes/theme-name folder of your web site.

Using this method, none of existing content or settings will be lost.

For any other issue you are facing please feel free to ask us and we will assist you as soon as possible. I will give my best to help you building your site.

    Thanks & Regards,
