I apologize for the late reply, we have been getting a lot of messages daily and are trying our best to keep up with every request. I hope you can understand.

I have noticed that you do not have the latest version of our theme. In order to update the theme and plugins please follow these steps:

Pre-Step: Deactivate and Delete all bundled plugins that come with the theme, especially the Core(CPT) plugin. This way they will be updated along with the theme as well.

1. Download latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page)
2. Extract it and locate superfood.zip
3. Extract superfood.zip and locate superfood folder
4. Copy/Replace the content of superfood folder to /wp-content/themes/superfood folder of your web site.

Using this method, none of the existing content or settings will be lost. Also, you will have to do this with FTP client that you're using.

If this does not help please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and investigate this further?

I've just checked this out on your website and as you can see in the following screenshot, you have theme version 1.5.1 → 

But version 1.5.2. has been released last week → 

So you need to download a fresh copy of the theme from Theme Forest Site → download section → and then install it. Then e-install all required ploddings, because in the latest version we made some changes within Core plugin either.

You can upgrade your theme to the latest version by following instructions from our previous reply (updating via FTP).

Regarding importing the demo, please note that you need to set MASTER values (server php resource settings) not local ones only within php.ini file.

Please note that after installing / activating this theme, you need to Install/activate all required plugins like WP Bakery Page Builder, Elated Core/CPT and Slider Revolution (+Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce if you plan to use shop). 

Then you can import the demo with our OneClick (Elated Options >> Import) or with native WP importer tool (Tools >> Import >> WordPress) via XML, located in the file you downloaded from ThemeForest website / XML.

Then you can go to Appearance >> Customize >> Homepage setting >> and then choose desired homepage.

Before that, please check your server resource settings. Check/increase these MASTER values or ask your hosting service to do it for you.

After you do this, you can try to import the demo or just let us know and we will try to import the demo for you.

Also, note that when importing a demo onto your site RevSlider slideshow has to be imported separately. To import a RevSlider slideshow from one of our demos please go to your WordPress admin panel Slider Revolution -> Import. Search for some-home-slider-X.zip located in the file you downloaded from Theme Forest / xml export folder and import that demo’s slideshow.
