So now that I know more about wordpress I decided to try your theme again. So far, it's still very hard to use. I went to social networks to connect my instagram because I'd like to use the instagram widget on my home page (my home page will be my most recent posts).  I go to connect instagram via "social networks" and i get this error message

I was able to connect twitter.  Also, once I connect this will the widget show in the page builder? because right now there is no instagram widget in the wp page builder..

    {"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Redirect URI does not match registered redirect URI"}

    Hello there,

I apologize for the late reply, we have been getting a lot of messages daily and are trying our best to keep up with every request. I hope you can understand.

Regarding the Instagram issues, please navigate to:
    your-website.com/wp-admin/options.php page

Then find all the _instagram_ fields and delete them:

If you want to change the Instagram account, navigate to:
www.instagram.com and make sure you are logged out.

Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.

    - Also note that some web servers don't allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.

In order to achieve this you should navigate to your website mysql database, and find wp-options table:

Than you should find all 4 option names containing word instagram:

    1543307658.png

Than you should edit and save each of them separately:

    8660490158.png

So in the end your database should be looking like this:(Empty option_value fields for instagram):

    9967185284.png

Now you should be able to connect to instagram from Theme Options>Social Networks>Instagram>Connect with Instagram.

Hope this helps if there is anything else that we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,

    Sean

that did not work, i  contacted support and they found rosyln_instagram_coderedirect_uri only and they delete the code you said but they couldn't locate any of the other files. and that single change did not work.

    Hi there,

I apologize for the belated reply - we have been getting a lot of tickets lately and our reply times have not been as fast as we would have liked. I hope you understand.

I replaced your Elated Instagram Feed plugin, after which I was able to connect with instagram as you can see on the following screenshot:

    5079396664.png

I deleted the values from the fields mentioned in previous reply, and you should be able to login yourself now.

Regarding your question about instagram widget in page builder, the answer is no. There is no WP Page Builder element for instagram feeds included in our theme. There are just widget which you can set to desired widget area in Appearance -> Widgets. If you want to use some Instagram elements in WP Page Builder you could probably do so with some 3rd party plugin, but this is out of our support. When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn't and couldn't test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while and there's nothing we can do about that. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. If you're having issues with any other plugin you downloaded yourself, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.

I apologize for the inconvenience and thanks for understanding.

If you need any further assistance regarding our theme, please feel free to write back in.

    Best regards!

    Joey
