You will have to navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Courses Sidebar > and set the widgets like in the image below:
Also you will have to navigate to Courses > edit the Course in question > Elated Sidebar > Choose Widget Area in Sidebar and choose the Courser Sidebar that you have created previously. (see image below)

We would need to take a closer look at the website in order to figure out what is causing this issue.
But, before we do that, you'll need to try disabling all 3rd party plugins and leave only the ones that came with the theme. If the widgets appear, start activating plugins one by one until you discover which one is causing the issue.
Also, if you've done any code modifications, make sure to revert those. And remove any Custom JS from Theme Options > General > Custom JS field.
Finally, check if there is a newer version of the theme on ThemeForest and update to the latest one.
If you've tried all that, and the issue is still present, please provide your site URL along with your wp-admin credentials (in private reply) and we will take a closer look.
