i have already delete the instagram fields in wp-admin/options.php and yes i was logged out from imstagram

I've checked Elated Instagram Feed plugin on our side and it seems like everything works fine, but it is possible that Instagram changed something within their API so some users cannot connect to Instagram account by using our Instagram plugin.
You can go to your Instagram account (profile settings) and then check Authorized Applications →
There try to revoke our Instagram Widget and then try to connect to Instagram through Theme Options → Social Networks.

I have successfully connected you with our Instagram feed. Now you can try to simply re-connect to your own.
If that does not work please follow these instructions:
Then find all the _instagram_ fields and delete them:
If you want to change the Instagram account, navigate to: www.instagram.com and make sure you are logged out.
Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.
Once this is done if it does not work check to see if you have been logged in to your Instagram account. If sodo not log out this time and simply go back to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram and press the button once again this should connect the two and provide the following message:

Please note that you can reset Instagram feed plugin settings by following these guidelines below →
Please navigate to: your-website.com/wp-admin/options.php page
Then find all the _instagram_ fields and delete them:
If you want to change the Instagram account, navigate to: www.instagram.com and make sure you are logged out.
Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.
- Also note that some web servers don't allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.
OR you can try to install this 3rd party plugin for Instagram instead → https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/
