Dear Team, I really need your help ! When I made modification on my Elated Options (color, font…) or when I select Template in my Category page by exemple, my changes are not effective on my website (dev) ! (After validated my page of course! ;) ) I changed my permissions on my serveur (css & js : 755 to 777), but it still doesn't work... See more in my screenshots. But I think I have big problem with my css… Thank you so much for your help
Thank you for writing in. I apologize for the belated reply - we have been getting a lot of tickets lately and our reply times have not been as fast as we would have liked. I hope you understand.
Regarding this particular issue, most likely the dynamic.css file not being generated.
Reasons why this wouldn't be working are:
a. Security or some other plugin. Please try to deactivate all your third party plugins, except plugins that came bundled with the theme and see if it helps. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and see if you can find the one that is causing the issue.
b. PHP settings on the server - for this you can try different PHP version (anything above 5.6). And you should contact your hosting to check on why the PHP scripts are not being executed, and files are not being generated.
c. You can try adding this to wp-config.php:
define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');
If nothing above helps, please feel free to write back in.
