I purchased this theme a week ago and installed it and all of its plugins. When i did this the website crashed and i get an error message when i try to access both the homepage and the wp dashboard.

Hello, Im trying to figure out how to activate my silder revolution plugin to have access to some of their premium features, but have no clue where to get the purchase code from.
The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them. That means you don't have to activate them and they'll work for you regardless of that.
In the following text we'll explain how the bundled plugins work:
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.
When it comes to premium features, these are not included in Extended licence we purchased for all our theme. Sorry about that. For premium features, you'll have to purchase a separate licence for Revolution Slider.

Thank you for the information. I also have a question regarding portfolio categories. I am trying to figure out where my category option is within the portfolio options. I have attached a photo to show you what Im dealing with!
It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly. As you can see in the following screenshot, there is Portfolio Categories option on our side →
It is possible that something was uploaded wrong or something is corrupt with your WP install.
Download a fresh copy of the theme and install it. Then re-install all required plugins.
If the problem persists, please provide me with your wp-admin credentials (in Private Reply) so I can take a closer look.
